The first few minutes after you pay
As soon as payment goes through, the order is queued and sent for delivery. For most orders the first followers or likes appear within minutes. At busy times the first batch can take up to an hour; that’s still normal.
Timings for every pack size, both platforms

Why we pace every order
A count that leaps by thousands in minutes is the clearest signal of bought engagement, both to platform systems and to people. Spreading delivery over hours or days makes the change look like a good week rather than a purchase, and tends to lead to fewer removals later. We don’t offer an “instant” option for that reason.
What can delay an order
- Switching the account or post to private.
- Changing the username during delivery.
- Deleting or archiving the post that receives likes.
- A link that points to the wrong post or video.
- Very high demand, which can add a few hours.
Claiming your free 30-day top-up, step by step
Instagram and TikTok remove accounts they distrust, and when they do, those accounts vanish from follower lists and like counts. If your count drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, email support@followers4you.com with your order reference (it starts with ord_) and the profile or post. We top it back up to the amount you bought, free. The account must still be public.
When a refund applies instead
If any part of an order can’t be delivered, for example because a post was removed or the account no longer exists, we refund the undelivered part. If an order never starts, it’s refunded in full. See the refund policy and the terms.
