What a fair market price looks like
Across the sellers we see in search results, 1,000 Instagram followers typically sell for somewhere between about $8 and $40, with most mainstream shops clustered in the $12 to $25 range. TikTok followers tend to cost a little more than Instagram followers, and likes on either platform cost less than followers. Those ranges are rough; prices move, and they vary with the extras a shop includes.
What actually drives the price
- Pacing. Spreading delivery across hours or days costs the seller more than dumping it instantly.
- Refills. Replacing dropped followers for 30 days has a real cost, which is why no-refill shops are cheaper.
- Support. A person answering emails seven days a week costs money.
- Advertising. Shops that buy heavy ad placements pass that on.
- Labels. “Premium”, “real” and “targeted” tiers often cost three to five times more without a verifiable difference. Our guide on “real” followers explains why.
Paying from outside the US
We charge in US dollars only. A UK, EU, Canadian or Australian card pays the dollar figure and your bank converts it on the day, sometimes adding a foreign-transaction fee of around 2 to 3 per cent; many app-based banks charge none. The USD payments guide goes through it in detail.
Cost per follower vs total spend
The cheapest pack in total (100) is the dearest per follower, and the dearest in total (10,000) is the cheapest per follower. Neither fact matters much on its own. What matters is the right size for your account: an oversized pack is wasted money, because a jump that looks fake defeats the purpose. Choose by proportion first, then compare unit prices between neighbouring sizes. For the lowest outlay, see cheap Instagram followers.
Price red flags
- A subscription when you thought you were buying a one-off pack.
- No currency shown, or a different currency at checkout.
- A request for your password “to speed things up”.
- “Real, active, targeted” promises at bargain prices.
- No refund or refill policy you can actually read.
