The terms that apply when you buy from followers4you.com. Plain language where we can manage it. Last updated 3 November 2026.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and followers4you.com (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and accept them. Contact: support@followers4you.com.
2. What a followers4you pack is
One-off packs that increase the follower count of a public Instagram or TikTok profile, or the like count of one public post or video. We do not claim the followers or likes come from real, active, targeted or local accounts, and they are not expected to interact with your content.
3. Dollar prices and how payment is taken
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, as a single payment with no subscription. Payment is taken by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a hosted checkout. Your bank may convert the amount and add its own fees.
4. Delivery
Delivery normally starts within minutes of payment and is paced over hours or days depending on size. Times stated on the site are typical, not guaranteed. You must keep the profile or post public, and keep the username unchanged, until delivery finishes.
5. Refill and refunds
If the delivered count drops within 30 days of delivery finishing, we top it up free on request. If part of an order cannot be delivered, we refund that part; if an order never starts, we refund it in full. Details are in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Platform rules and your responsibility
Instagram and TikTok prohibit buying engagement in their terms. You accept that the platforms may remove some or all delivered followers or likes, and that we cannot control their enforcement. You are responsible for how you use your account and its numbers, including complying with advertising and consumer protection rules if you use them commercially.
7. Orders we may refuse
We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the target is private, unavailable, or something we are not willing to promote.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for actions taken by Instagram or TikTok on your account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to it.
