Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 3 November 2026.
Data we hold when you browse or order
- Order details: the pack, the public username or post link, the price and an order reference.
- Payment: handled entirely by our hosted checkout provider. We receive confirmation that you paid, not your card number.
- Email: if you write to us, your email and message.
- Profile look-ups: when you preview a profile or use a calculator’s loader, the username you type is sent to look up public profile information. We don’t store it beyond short-term caching.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
What we don’t collect
No passwords, ever. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Your bag is stored on your own device (local storage) until you check out.
Reasons we need that data
To deliver your order, provide refills and refunds, answer support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Companies that handle your data for us
Our hosting provider, our payment provider, the service that reads public profile data for previews, and the delivery network that fulfils orders (which receives only the public username or link and the quantity).
Retention: how long order records stay
Order records are kept for up to 90 days in our order system, and longer only where accounting law requires. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it’s used. Email support@followers4you.com. In the UK you can also complain to the ICO.
